If MileOn is failing to download and install this can usually be resolved by clearing the Google Play store app's data and cache. This is a known issue with Google Play store apps.
To Clear the App's Data and Cache
- Open the Settings on your device, and choose Apps.
- Choose the Google Play Store app.
- Tap on Storage
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Clear Data.
