Using a governor speed limit can help you more accurately calculate ETAs in MileOn, provide ETAs to customers with more confidence, and calculate a more accurate HOS-planned route.
A governor speed limit can be edited in Settings. The default value used in calculations is 62 mph.
If you would like to change that value:
- Make sure the Governor Speed slider bar is turned on (green).
- Tap on the speed value to bring up a menu where you can select a new governor speed.
- Select your new speed and tap Done to save and finish.
